DESCRIPTION:thankQ Finance V4\n \nYou will learn how to; \n\n  Setup codes to be able to track money received from campaigns\, events\, merchandise\, memberships\, pledges\, donations etc.\n  Understand how to create payment batches and know the different ways thankQ can process these.\n  Run batch reports and paying in slips.\n  Create a quick receipt or bulk receipts from the batches and file these under the contact records.\n  Be able to search for batches and payments.\n  Know how to reverse any dishonoured payments or payments made against the wrong contact.\n  Know the difference between continuous and fixed pledges.\n  Send acknowledgement letters\, reminders etc.\n  Put pledges on hold or write down instalments and/or the whole pledge.\n  Reactivate written down pledges\, add instalments\, change instalment dates and amounts.\n  Load all pledges that are due and how to print an end of year receipt summary.\n  Get acquainted with Finance Reporting.\n\nPrerequisite: \n\n  thankQ Essentials\n  Basic knowledge of Windows systems\n  General experience using Windows programs\n  Basic knowledge of Word\n  Basic knowledge of Excel\n\nApproximate Duration: \n\n6 hours\n\nEnquiry and Booking \n
