- Add Prospects one at a time or by way or searches and groups to a Campaign or to Canvassers.
- Keep track of Prospects and update their records with relevant information
- Create meetings and synchronise to Outlook.
- Understand and create Affinity Rules so as to get a score on their engagement with your organisation.
- Create Moves Rules to analyse and group contacts by certain criteria
